CHOOSE THE SIDE THAT SUITS YOU BETTER
This pillow has two sides; if you like to sleep on a high pillow, place your pillow on your mattress with the “higher” side facing you. If you sleep on a low pillow, place your pillow on your mattress with the “lower” side facing you.
IMPORTANT: The narrow side of the pillow should always be on the neck.

SUPPORT YOUR NECK
Support your neck in a comfortable position in order to be able to adjust the rest of the pillow the right way.
IMPORTANT: Your shoulder should be parallel to your face, not on the outside.

FIND THE MOST COMFORTABLE POSITION
Place your neck in a comfortable position, then while holding firmly the neck part of the pillow with one hand, move back or forth the top part of the pillow with your other hand until your face is not touching either the pillow or the mattress.

FACING UP
This pillow also works if you like to sleep facing up. Just place your head as shown above.
CORRECT USE
- The narrow part of the pillow always goes to the neck, you just need to flip, not turn the pillow.
- Evaluate the position of the neck, it must be secured in such a way that the face is not at the edge of the pillow and prevent it from falling. Your shoulder should be parallel to your face, not on the outside.
- During the night, by changing the position in which you sleep, you can flip the pillow, changing the height and getting support according to the need.
